Fairy Rosina has long been one of my favourite Shirley Barber illustrations, and finding sone of this beautiful vintage fabric to create a dress like this is incredibly rare.
The softly gathered tulle skirt adds just the right amount of magic, while the puff sleeves and sweet fairy bodice make it feel like it belongs in an enchanted garden. A true one-of-a-kind piece for a little girl who believes in fairies, flowers and happily ever afters.
