Once upon a time, deep in a little forest where the trees grew round and green and tiny mushrooms popped up after the rain, there lived a family of very busy gnomes.
Each morning they would set off with their wheelbarrows, checking on the flowers, gathering fallen leaves and making sure every little mushroom house was just as it should be. Foxes would follow along the winding paths, birds would sing from the branches, and by sunset the whole forest would glow with a little bit of magic.
Our Bayview Skirt in ‘Retro Forest’ feels like a piece of that happy little world.
With its deep navy background, bright trees, tiny gnomes, foxes and mushrooms, it is full of little details to discover. The softly gathered tier gives it beautiful movement, while the elastic waist keeps it easy and comfortable for everyday adventures.
And because this fabric is now out of print, it makes this skirt that little bit more special.
